Introduction
This Special Issue will publish top quality manuscripts, focusing on sustainable chemical and environmental engineering processes and practices. All manuscripts will be selected from the papers which have been presented at the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Chemical and Environmental Engineering, SUSTENG 2022, which was held in Rethymno, Crete, Greece from August 31st to September 4th, 2022. The manuscripts will focus on a broad spectrum of research and applied areas, with main characteristic of the utilization of sustainable processes within the context of circular economy, materials reuse, renewable energy resources, etc.
